The name of a ministry, university or government body does not by itself establish ownership, operation, affiliation or academic equivalency. Ask admissions for the exact issuing body, scope and current documentation.

These activities are intended to help students build practical and academic skills relevant to employment; they do not guarantee a job or professional licence.
